Following our strategy call, after you've made your commitment and finalized your investment, here's what happens next on your journey with us:
Initial Setup:
You'll fill out an in-depth client intake form to give us a comprehensive view of your fitness journey so far.
Complete a waiver and liability form to ensure you're aware of the importance of safety during your training.
Review and sign your service agreement, establishing our mutual commitment to your success.
App Onboarding:
We'll set you up on our training app where you'll be asked to upload your current weight, pictures, and measurements. If you've chosen monthly installments, this is when you'll complete your subscription setup.
You'll connect your MyFitnessPal account to our training app to begin tracking your food and water intake meticulously.
Community Integration:
Gain access to our private Facebook community, introduce yourself with a photo, and share a bit about your journey. This is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals on similar paths.
You will also receive login credentials for the RESET Hub, granting you access to a wealth of resources and information.
Customization and Onboarding:
Once we have all your initial setup information, we'll review it to customize your workout plan, which will go LIVE within 48 hours.
An onboarding call will be scheduled within 48 hours from our strategy session to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge to make the most of your program right from the start. This call is crucial for clarifying any doubts and answering your questions.
We'll also schedule your first-week check-in and nutrition strategy call to kickstart your transformation journey with a clear, personalized plan.
