NOTICE: By signing this document, you give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident. Read it thoroughly before you sign.

TO: I HELP WOMEN GET FIT INC., and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (collectively, "IHWGF"):

In consideration of My participation in IHWGF's services; including, without limitation, online and in-person fitness coaching, and customized workout and nutrition programs, (the "Services"), and on behalf of Myself, My heirs, executors, successors, assigns, guardians, trustees, and whomever may have or acquire any interest in any claim arising from My participation in the Services, (collectively, "I / Me, My / Myself"), I agree to the following terms:

1. Disclosure of Common Risks:

1. Disclosure of Common Risks: The following are some, but not all, of the risks, hazards, and dangers that participants in the Services may be exposed to physical injury; aggravation of existing injury or condition; slip, trip or fall; equipment malfunction or breakage; over-exertion, exhaustion, medical emergency, interaction with other people; loss, theft or damage of My personal property. I understand that I may be exposed to the novel Coronavirus/COVID-19.

2. Assumption of Risks:

I understand that participation in the Services comes with certain risks, hazards, and dangers, including but not limited to those disclosed above, and as a result, I may suffer serious injury, or even death, which could be due to negligence on the part of other people or participants in the Services, OR NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF IHWGF, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF IHWGF TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME AND OTHERS FROM THE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS OF THE SERVICES

3. Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims:

Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims: I HEREBY WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that I have, or may in the future have, against IHWGF, and I RELEASE IHWGF FROM ALL LIABILITY for any loss, damage, expense, or injury, including death, that I may suffer as a result of My participation in the Services, due to any cause whatever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, OR IN RESPECT TO IHWGF'S PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY WARNINGS, DIRECTIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS OR DUE IN ANY WAY TO THE RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES. I understand that I am giving up legal rights that I might otherwise have against IHWGF.

4. Indemnity:

I HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND SAVE HARMLESS IHWGF FROM ALL LIABILITY, including without limitation, for any loss, damage, expense, or injury, including death, to any person or property, howsoever arising, resulting from My participation in the Services. I understand that I am potentially incurring significant legal and financial obligations to IHWGF.

5. Pre-existing Conditions:

I understand it is my responsibility to consult with the appropriate medical professionals prior to My participation in the Services. I represent and warrant that I have fully disclosed to IHWGF any conditions or circumstances that may affect My ability to participate in the Services or increase My risk of injury. I confirm that I have made a complete, honest, and accurate disclosure of my medical and health information in the document provided to me.

6. I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by IHWGF with respect to the safety of the Services other than what is set forth in this waiver. I acknowledge that IHWGF has not offered or provided any legal advice about the contents of this waiver and that I had ample opportunity to review this waiver in detail prior to engaging IHWGF.

7. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the parties attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Alberta. This document may be executed via electronic signature, which shall be sufficient to bind the parties.
